Established in 2007 along a secluded Mediterranean coastline, Ivorymangrovestay was built for travellers who judge a place by how it feels, not by what it flaunts. We began with six rooms, a kitchen and a modest bar. Today there are 60 keys, three restaurants and two private gaming salons, yet the original kitchen still prepares dinner nightly.
From casino floors to spa terraces, each room and ritual is shaped by professionals who have devoted their careers to hospitality. Our head sommelier has stood beside us for many seasons. Continuity is not a slogan for us; it is the whole philosophy.
